Color Sorter For Purifying Any Economic Crops
Working Principle of Color Sorters
Raw Material are put into the machine from its feeding hopper on the top, vibrated by vibration device and sliding along material chute into the zone of observation in sorting chamber through sensor and background plate.Under the effect of light source, CCD sensor receives compound light from materials being sorted.According to the light intensity and color changes,make the system produce output signal and drive solenoid valve to work ,ejecting the discolor grain to defect chamber and good materials continue to fall into the finished goods chamber.

Hons+ CCD color sorting machine adopt the latest cloud brain intelligent CCD sensor that is available for processing the optoelectronic signal so as to sort and grade any agro food such as rice, wheat, corn, peanut, sesame, legume, wolfberry and other agricultural industries, as well as plastics, small particles of ore, broken glass, salt and other industrial fields.
1. Advanced image acquisition system
NAGE color sorter machine use the high resolution monochromatic camera or RGB camera(5000+ pixels) with high quality industrial lens to achieve clear and accurate image acquisition.The camera could capture the micro defects of material instantly.
2. Intelligent image processing algorithm
Color sorting algorithms of gray level,color difference and HSV are perfectly combined with shape sorting algorithms of size,circular degree,texture etc,and successfully solved a series of high difficulty color sorting problems,and dramatically enhance the sorting accuracy.
3. Unique chutes processing technology
The special anodizing and hardening technology can greatly improve the channel smoothness and ware resistance to guarantee high production.
4. High quality solenoid valve(ejector)
NAGE color sorters are equipped with high quality solenoid valve.The valve has longer lifespan,high frequency and low air consumption.The working frequency is 1000 times per second,which guarantees the accurate and perfect ejecting.For the different sizes and characteristics of material particle, NAGE optical sorters use the solenoid valve of different sizes.
