Minimum output range: 400*350. The output speed per hour can be set according to the size of the plate.
For any machine, there will be engineer training, and the machine will be operated strictly according to the training content.
Brand new machine, two years warranty, all parts are factory made.
Second-hand machine warranty for one year. Before delivery, my engineer will do three detailed inspections, replace damaged parts, and give customers a different feeling. Let customers get the best.
Features of CTP Plate Making Machine:
* Reliable laser unit, easy to maintain, sharp printing dots with good quality, high resolution, dot recovery 1%-99% under 300lpi
* The external drum structure keeps the circumferential direction of the plate same during the plate making process and printing process, which ensure the stable dots shape, to achieve the best combination results of plate making and printing.
* CTP system provides optional automatically punch system to realize accurate overprinting.
* The marble base can control the expand with heat and contract with cold effectively, thus ensure the output resolution under any environmental temperature.
* Continuous plate-loading is available with double plate bed. Front unloading & back unloading is optional and the on-line processing operation can be achieved with automatic bridge.
* The independent dust control system keep laser units clean and the reliable output quality.
* The open control system makes laser power adjustable, output speed adjustable, plate parameter adjustable and convenient operation
