6-04 series fans have high pressure coefficient, low peripheral speed, low noise, flat performance curve and wide area of high efficiency.
Bearing cooling method: according to gas temperature and operating environment conditions choose low-cost water-cooling method or oil-cooling method with good heat dissipation performance. For extremely high temperature operating conditions, can also be installed with an electronic cooler, absolute protection of the reliable operation of the fan system.
The material of impeller and main shaft, we will choose high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, high temperature &high-strength alloy steel for different working conditions temperature and working speed, so that the impeller and main shaft at high temperature still maintain reliable strength.
