Silicon Nitride material is one of the hardest materials in the world with extrusion molding process and hot isostatic pressing sintering adopted during the production. Its high strength, wear resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance can well ensure the purity of materials. Silicon nitride has high strength and strong anti-fatigue performance. In normal use, it is not easy to be damaged by slight bumps, and it has a long service life after repeated use. The surface of silicon nitride is dense and does not infiltrate with aluminum. When in use, the surface is only slightly hung with aluminum, which is easy to clean and can prolong the cleaning cycle. The product itself is sintered at high temperature and high pressure, and the riser tube can still maintain compactness and air tightness at high temperature, improving the quality of the casting.
Produet introduction:
Riser tube is the critical part of low pressure die casting process.During traditional production steel riser tube can not meet the requirements of continuous production and high quality.So silicon nitride becomes an ideal material of riser tubes due to its 1ow thermal expansion coefficient,good thermal shock resistance and no wetting by molten metal.Its service life is more
than 10 times longer than traditional ones.
Temperature control is the most important factor to get good casting products in die casting process. And heaters are used to control the most suitable casting temperature. Thus silicon nitride heater protection tubes can protect the heaters to avoid any corrosion in non-ferrous metal industry and make the heating evenly and rapidly.
