1. Product Description of Ceramic Shot Peening
Ceramic bead is also called as zirconia bead,it selects the high quality zirconium sand
as raw materials,fused in an electric furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees,then made
into different micro beads by special technology,then screened,inspected,packed strictly according
to the related product standards.
Ceramic bead has wide particle size distribution,B20,B40,B60,B80,B100,B120,B170,B205,B400
is used as blasting media,while Z100,Z150,Z210,Z300,Z425,Z600,Z850 is used as shot peening
media. Different particle size has different applications.

3. Product Features of Ceramic Shot Peening:
Fine microstructure & Low Break Down Rate
Ceramic bead contains 62-66% ZrO2, 25-30% SiO2& 7-13% Al2O3,the special chemical composition provides
the fine microstructure,its solid round shape decides its good elasticity,it can be rebounded in multi-angles in
the shot peening process,not easy to be break down in the long shot peening process.
Outstanding peening effect &Uniform Surface Finish
Ceramic bead has high hardness and impact resistance, when rebounded in the shot peening process,the high
energy will be transferred at the impact point on the metallic substrate,improving the peening effect and it will
also preserve the integrity of the peened surface with smooth and uniform surface finish

Ceramic bead is not easy to be break down,people do not need to refuel the new beads frequently, its service
