1. Product Description of Ceramic Beads
Ceramic beads is one round solid blasting media, It has the outstanding features of high hardness,good
elasticity,low breakdown rate,especially suitable for the metal surface finishing.
It selects the high-quality zircon sand as main raw material, then fused in arc furnace at high temperature,
then screened into different micro-beads by process of cooling, selection,electromagnetic,packing.
Ceramic beads is one clean and high efficient blasting media,which is widely used to replace glass beads
due to its outstanding features of high hardness and low break down rate.
