(1) Reagent shelf:
The main frame is made of cold-rolled steel with 1.5mm thickness, coated with epoxy powder.
The shelf is made of reinforce glass with 12mm thickness and stainless steel tube to be guardrail. The shelves can be adjustable.
(2) Choices of sink: PP sink or FRP sink.
(3) Choices of pegboard and pegstick as blow:
A. Pegboard and pegstick, both made of PP.
B. Pegboard, made of solid core physiochemical board; pegstick, made of PP.
(4) Three outlet cold water faucet: with international ceramic valve core featured to slow down water pressure. The surface is coated with epoxy resin power.
(5) Socket box: free standing socket with safeguard cover. It can apply to any instrument’s plugs.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Countertop: use 12.7 mm thick and high quality solid core physical and chemical plate, edge edge and thickened to 25mm thick, strong acid,
strong alkali, high temperature resistance.
Cabinet: full cabinet adopts 1.0mm thick high quality galvanized cold rolled steel plate, surface epoxy tree powder has not been sprayed high temperature curing, high adhesion, has the resistance, acid and alkali resistance. The bench is composed of a standard size cabinet.
Counter: door, drawer face adopts 1.0mm thick high quality galvanized cold rolled steel plate. (color: fashionable grey, sapphire blue)

Sheet metal processing technology:
Materials: 2000W CNC fiber laser cutting machine imported from Germany, high speed, fast feeding and low working.
Bending: fully automatic CNC bending, mechanical operation, high precision and less error.
Welding: spot welding and argon arc welding.
Cabinet structure: each unit can be disassembled structure, small package, easy to carry forward transportation, small volume is not easy to touch the lab aisle and stairs, easy to go upstairs, move fast.
Assemble: specification, more flexible combination, according to room size, can be any combination into need test bench (edge or CCTV), can also be matching condole ark, cabinet put oneself in another's main rack from 300 to 1000 two-door double smoke ark, every 25 mm is ark of a unit, also comes with a drawer and seats, with the keyboard frame seat empty seats.
