OX-401 is a low foaming anionic surfactant, a carrier for acid zinc plating, and can also be used for acid zinc-nickel alloy and acid copper plating. In different concentrations of acid zinc plating solution, it has good dispersing and emulsifying effects and excellent comprehensive performance. OX-401 is suitable for barrel plating and rack plating.

It is a low-foaming, non-cloud point anionic surfactant. It is a purifier in the electroplating process, especially used in acid zinc plating. As a sulfonate, it resists hydrolysis. When used in combination with non-ionic surfactants, it can increase the cloud point and is easily soluble in benzyl aceton to improve the leveling force. At the same time, it is suitable for operation at high temperatures, and the deposited coating is bright and has good corrosion resistance.
