USAGE - 1. Precisely position parts by tacking with the spot welder; 2. Welding of necklaces with a diameter 0.3mm or larger(smaller diameter may melt);3. Repair metal joints or breaks without removing set stones or pearls;4. Repair heat sensitive metals or metal alloys;5. Repair surface or entry point of a molding of the same alloy
OPERATION - 1. Plug the device into the wall socket and turn it on; 2.Adjust input current by adjusting the current regulating dial to start; 3.Clamp the object to be welded with the negative ground electrode; 4.Insure you have arc welding eye protection in place;5.Briefly step on the foot pedal and release
Adjust the output power according to the wire size,the welding work piece is bright and clean, fast and efficient
Application:used for fast welding of platinum, gold , K gold , silver, steel and precision welding of wires like ends of circle , oval buckle, fine wire
NOTE:
1. Work environment :under conditions of ventilation, dryness, coolness, and avoiding sun exposure.
2, non-metal products can not be welded
3, spot welding machine is mainly used for welding gold and silver necklaces, earrings and other ring closure, not suitable for sheet / block workpiece use
4. The tip of the tungsten needle will be slightly worn during the welding process, or a black stain will be attached to the surface. It is recommended to sharpen or wipe it frequently.
5, the tip of the tungsten needle must be aligned with the gap of the welding, otherwise the current will be biased, and the welding effect will not be damaged, and other positions of the workpiece will be damaged.
6. Please try not to touch the workpiece at the tip of the tungsten needle during welding. If it is encountered, it will short the machine and affect the service life of the machine.
7, the foot switch, can not always step on it, immediately release the point, if not released in time will cause the machine short circuit,
If the voltage is unstable, it is recommended not to use the machine. Or use after installing the regulator.
