Industrial 2m diameter double door AAC Autoclave Steam for Concrete Block Manufacturing Plant
Autoclave is the key equipment in the production of aerated concrete and autoclave brick.
The autoclave is applicable for curing the cut body under high temperature and high pressure, and it is also applicable for curing the autoclaved brick under high temperature and high pressure.Autoclave is a large pressurized vessel.
Autoclave for AAC plant is large pressure vessel for steam curing, has excellent thermal insulating quality, and it supporting the use of steam boilers. The autoclave is a horizontal cylinder device, when curing the aerated concrete, there is hydrothermal reaction (CaO-SiO2-H2O) happened in autoclave. It has the advantages of wide applicability, good treat efficiency, large capacity, reasonable layout, and safety operation, etc. Jinzhen Boiler could design and manufacture various forms of autoclave according to customers’ requirements.
Autoclave Characters:
1. Autoclaved kettle drawings to let rules by the standard, 150 gb machinerydepartment the fourth design design.

5. 2 x 21 metres kettle, can accommodate 20 thousand dollars standard bricks, 28.8 meters 3 gas block; 2 x 31 meters kettle, can accommodate 3 million pieces of standard bricks, 39 meters 3 gas block;
6. 21 meters kettle with the weight of 14mm 16mm, are 2 tons; 31 meters kettle with the weight of 14mm 16mm, there is difference of three tons;
