Material and Corrosion Resistance
The A4-70 grade designation in this headline refers to a high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel composition, ensuring these fasteners perform well in challenging environments. The M24 and M27 bolts, nuts, and washers have been designed to withstand mechanical stress, making them suitable for heavy-duty structural and industrial applications. Their high tensile strength (700 MPa yield strength) means they can bear significant loads without failure, making them perfect for critical installations, especially in extreme conditions like offshore rigs or chemical plants where both strength and durability are essential.
Applications
316L is a stainless steel grade, belonging to the American ASTM standard system, corresponding to the Chinese GB standard system in the grade 022Cr17Ni12Mo2, unified numerical code for S31603.

Austenitic stainless steel has corrosion resistance, good plasticity and toughness at room temperature and low temperature, easy to form, good weldability, the most widely used in industry. Its production accounts for about 70% of the production of stainless steel. Its products include plates, bars, tubes, strips, wires and forgings.
316L stainless steel has good sensitised intergranular corrosion resistance, suitable for the manufacture of thick cross-section size of welded parts and equipment, such as petrochemical, fertilizer, paper, printing and dyeing and nuclear industry with equipment corrosion-resistant materials.
