Product Composition:


This equipment is primarily composed of core functional modules including a transverse conveyor, a rotating loading system, a feed-in conveyor, a CNC feed-in carriage, a punching module, a marking module, a cutting module, and an unloading conveyor. It also integrates essential supporting systems—such as hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems—alongside other auxiliary component parts, forming a complete, coordinated processing assembly to ensure stable operation.
 

 

Product Features:

 

1. Control & Drive System
The equipment adopts CNC technology and servo motor-driven feeding, which enables high operational efficiency and stable workpiece precision. All key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are sourced from imported suppliers, ensuring reliable performance of the entire system.

 

2. Punch & Die Configuration
Three sets of punches and dies are installed on each side, allowing the accommodation of three types of punches with different diameters. Under the control of a PLC, the three sets of molds can achieve synchronous movement to adjust the punching reference mark, meeting flexible processing needs.

 

 

3. Human-Machine Interface & Programming
The computer is equipped with a Chinese-English interface, enabling user-friendly operation, and supports the display of workpiece drawings. Programming processes are simplified, and the equipment can directly utilize program data generated by lofting software. During program editing, only the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, reference mark, and workpiece quantity need to be input, reducing operational complexity.

 

4. CNC Feed Carriage & Control
The CNC feed carriage is driven by a servo motor, with a photoelectric encoder providing real-time feedback information. A closed-loop control system is adopted to dynamically adjust the carriage’s movement, effectively ensuring high positioning precision throughout the machining process.


 

5. Automated Processes & Unloading
The marking, punching, and shearing processes of the equipment are fully automated, minimizing manual intervention. All finished angle steel components can be unloaded by a pneumatic flipping device, which effectively reduces the labor intensity of operators and improves overall production efficiency.

 

6. Control System Configuration & Function
The control system is composed of a host computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC, and external detection sensors, as well as other supporting components. Processing operations can be initiated simply by inputting workpiece dimensions, simplifying operational procedures. In addition, programs can be stored, selected, displayed, and transmitted based on workpiece numbers, facilitating flexible production management.

 

 

7. The marking unit utilizes a closed-frame structure, delivering excellent rigidity to maintain stable marking performance. Four groups of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit, with selection enabled via program control for flexible marking needs. The marking reference mark supports arbitrary setting to adapt to diverse processing requirements.
