● Machine Structure
XD-212 2-axis CNC Spring Coiling Machine is suitbale for manufacturing various precision compression springs and some simple torsion springs within the range wire diameter Φ0.3-1.2mm, such as coil springs, tower or tip springs, middle convex or concave springs, equal or unequal pitch springs, reducing springs, etc. The standard machine has equiped with two servo motor to drive, that is, one servo motor for wire feeding and one servo motor for cam moving. Furthe torsion spring device is an optional accessory needs to order separately, which is convenient to make some simple torsion springs. In order to ensure the accuracy and pass rate of the spring, you can also choose a spring length gauge, which also needs to be ordered separately.
● Machine Feature
◇ It adopts Taiwan Yitu controller and Japanese Sanyo Denki servo motor, ensuring a stable operating environment.
◇ It adopts two groups wire feeding wheels and the wire feeding system is intalled horizontally back of the machine.
◇ The standard machine has equiped two axis, torsion spring device and spring length gauge are all optional accessories need to order separately.
◇ The program date can be set and changed easily, axis location, feeding date, production speed and production output are diaplay on the screen.
◇ The computer system adopts Chinese and English user interface, which is easy to operate and learn.
◇ The spring outside can be adjusted easily by means of setting the program and outside diameter axis is working indepently.
