Packing machine application:
Jinglin is engaged in offering customized packing solutions adapt to different needs for all the rubber and plastic industries for 20 years. The electrical cable coil wrapping machine works in an horizontal state,to make the cable coils tightly sealed by stretch film, looks neat and beautiful in packaging and tidy and safe for storage and transports. High packing efficiency, but have low labor cost and material costs.
Packing machine features:
1. Simple design of machine, safe and convenient operation.
2. Well known brands adopted for main components in the cable wrapping machine.
3. Over lap extent degree is adjustable by inverters per requirements.
4. The wrapping film tension adjustable.
5. Pressing and side rollers are adopted to fix the coil position.
6. Integrated electrical box for space saving and convenient operation.
7. PLC and HMI systems can be adopted for automatic program setting and calculate the usage of the packing material by entering ID, OD, width automatically and easily.
8. Synchronous wrapping device is available for choose for wrapping two material together.

| Problem | Possible cause & solution |
| I. The complete machine doesn’t work. | 1. Check external power supply and power switch. |
| II. The ring doesn’t rotate or rotates abnormally. | 1. Check the wear of friction wheel. If it is seriously worn, new friction wheel shall be replaced. 2. Adjust the friction force of the friction wheel to the ring. |
| IV. The ring and roller don’t work. |
1. Check power supply. 2. Check whether there is problem with the convertor. 3. Check whether the friction wheels get stuck.

| V. Packaging tape is misaligned or multi-folded. | 1. Check whether the feeding route of packaging tape is on one straight line. 2. Check whether the tape storing wheel on the ring is damaged 3. May be caused by the packing tape quality. High-quality packaging tape shall be replaced. |
