Inconel690 alloy is a high Cr-Ni-based alloy, the chemical composition is as follows (%): Ni58.0 (min), Cr27 to 31, Fe7 to 11, C 0.05 (max), Si 0.5 (max), Mg 0.5 (max), Si 0.015 (max), Cu 0.5 (max).
Inconel 690 alloy is a nickel-base wrought alloy with excellent anti-erosion ability of a variety of aqueous medium and high temperature atmosphere.It also has a high strength and a good metallurgical stability and excellent processing characteristics.
Inconel690 is an austenitic nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy with about chromium content. It's now considered as the most ideal steam generator tube in nuclear power plants because corrosion resistance,high strength,good metallurgical stability characteristics. Inconel 690 used at home and abroad.
Applications:
INCONEL690 alloy, it is widely used in the solution of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, such as: exhaust heater and pickling stainless steel for the production of nitric acid nitric acid / hydrofluoric acid was heated pipe and tank and reprocessing. INCONEto90 alloys also have corrosion of anti-sulfur gases, it can be used for the gasification apparatus, the conduits of the burner and the production of sulfuric acid, petrochemical production, recovery and combustion furnace. In a variety of high-temperature aqueous solution, the corrosion rate of the alloy are lower and have good resistance to stress corrosion, so that it can be used in nuclear steam engine.
