In the figure, two cold storage uses color steel plates. Figure 1 is a swing door 0.8*1.8(H)m, which is suitable for small cold storage. Figure 2 is a sliding door, which is suitable for cold storage of frequent in and out cargo. The size of the door can be customized according to the customer's use.
The main equipments and materials:
1. Refrigeration system:
1.1 Compressor: Copeland, Famous Brand
1.2 Condensing units: air cooler.
1.3 Evaporator: air cooler.
1.4 Refrigerant: R22 or R404a is available.
2. Electric controlling system:
Schneider electric components, digital display for temperature setting and reading, automatic and manual control, warning light for running failure.
3. PU Insulation panel, cold store panels:
3.1 Material: polyurethane (PU), metal sheet.
3.2 Density of PU: 35~42kg/ m3
3.3 Metal sheet:according to requirements
3.4 Thickness of panel: 75mm,100mm,120mm,150mm,200mm
4. Cold store door, air curtain machine, lighting:
4.1 Sliding door, manual opening and closing.
4.2 When door is opened, the air curtain machine and lights in cold storage can be running automatically.
*Temperature setting around -18/-25/2~8°C for cooling storage
*Main Applications: fruit and vegetable warehouse, egg storage, hotel, supermarket, hospital, blood bank, troops and laboratory,dairy factory, pharmaceutical factory, chemical factory, to keep stuff fresh for a long time and will not be effected by climate etc.
