Black Color Concentrate Product Description:

Black color masterbatch is a high-performance coloring masterbatch solution specially designed for black plastic bags, agricultural films, packaging films and industrial films. Adopting internationally leading nanodispersion technology and environmentally friendly formulas, the product has ultra-high blackness, excellent weather resistance and environmental protection and non-toxic characteristics as its core advantages, which can significantly improve the light blocking property, anti-aging performance and production efficiency of the product, while meeting global environmental protection standards (such as RoHS, FDA). Suitable for film blowing, casting, injection molding and other processes, it is an efficient and energy-saving alternative to traditional carbon black dyeing.

 

Black Color Concentrate Features:

The carbon black content is as high as 40%-50%, and the light blocking rate is ≥99.5%, far exceeding the industry average level. It perfectly blocks ultraviolet rays and extends the life of products.
Nano-scale dispersion technology ensures uniform color, no spots or streaks, and the finished surface is as smooth as a mirror.
