Brief Introduction
The mobile concrete batching plant , is one kind of highly integration concrete mixing plant. It is designed for customer which need to change working site frequently. All components is fixed on the chassis of concrete mixing plant, and it is with wheel which is easily for movement. This plant is completely equipped with concrete batching system, mixing system, weighing system and fully automatic control system. It occupy less plan and it is suitable for medium and small project like water and electricity, road construction, port, bridge ect, such movable engineering construction project.
1.Adopt the integral wheel axle, with strong load capacity, to keep sure the safety of the worker and the equipment when mobile.
2.The batching machine adopts the belt weight, pneumatic discharge, fast and exact measure, the hopper size can be customized.
3.Hopper type belt loading aggregate, with high product efficiency, belt was fixed by sidewall wheel, to keep sure run fast and stable.
4.Twin-shaft horizontal mixer, mature technology, stable performance and high productivity.
5.Water, cement additive measurement, can produce a variety of grade concrete.
6.Full automatic control system, just one person can control the whole plant to running, save the labor cost.
