Steel-Plastic Composite geogrid-Combigrid
Steel-Plastic Weld Geogrid With high strength steel wire (or other fiber), through special processing, and polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), and adding other additives by extrusion become composite high strength tensile band, and surface roughness is embossed, high strength reinforced geotextile. Thus, the single band is prepared or clamped and arranged at a certain distance by longitudinal and transverse directions, and the welded joint is formed by welding technology with special strengthening bonding (ultrasonic welding technology), and the reinforced geogrid is formed.

Steel Wire Reinforced HDPE Plastic Geogrid Application:
1.high strength steel wire, steel plastic composite geogrid tension by warp knitting bear, resulting in high tensile modulus at low strain capacity, vertical and horizontal rib synergistic effect, give full play to the role of Geogrid on soil type.
2.steel plastic composite geogrid vertical wire warp rib braided mesh, an outer coating layer forming a steel wire and the outer coating layer can destroy the function of coordination, elongation is very low (less than 3%). The main force unit of the steel plastic composite geogrid is steel wire, and the creep variable is very low.
3.through the production process of plastic surface treatment, to suppress rough pattern, in order to enhance the surface roughness of the grille, improve the friction coefficient of the steel plastic composite geogrid and soil.
4. The width of the steel plastic composite grille can reach 6m, and the effect of high efficiency and economic reinforcement is achieved.
