Introduction:
The dedusting self loading shotcrete trolley is a special equipment for concrete spraying developed by our company according to many years experience of experiment on shotcrete machine and consider the customer requiremets and demands for coal mine roadway support.
It include dust removal, which decrease the dust pollution when operation and protect the healthy of the operator.
The prefabricated cement, sand, and stone mixtures are unloaded by the trackless rubber-wheeled carrier vehicle into the hopper of the automatic loading shotcrete trolley. After the hopper is rolled over by the hydraulic cylinder, the shotcrete is automatically fed by the belt conveyor to achieve long Uninterrupted spraying operation in time.
This product is a new type of equipment that integrates feeding and concrete spraying developed by our company according to market needs.
It has the characteristics of advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, low labor intensity, and high degree of automation.
Performance features:
1) The hopper is flipped and matched with the belt conveyor for continuous feeding, and the feeding amount is steplessly adjustable, which has a wide range of applications and a high degree of automation;
2) Accelerating agent is automatically and evenly added, which effectively reduces material rebound and improves the strength of the spray surface;
3) Equipped with dust removal device, no dust during operation, healthy and environmentally friendly;
4) The crawler walks automatically, and the equipment is easy to move;
5) Hydraulically driven, with stable performance and simple operation.
6) At least 3 people only can complete the shotcreting operation, reducing the number of people and increasing efficiency.
