Our factory has been experienced at the production and processing of iron tower. Now it owns 16 processing angle steel CNC processing and production lines, 9 plate CNC punching production lines, and 4 gantry-type mobile CNC drilling machines. Each power transmission tower, depending on its type, size and shape, includes a series of varied parts, components and accessories; with detailed engineering calculations and in accordance with the customer orders and needs, using technology and Advanced software.
After precise investigation, control and final approval, plans are sent to production unit; where each piece, is cut, bend or/and punched by the very advanced CNC Machines, and then is galvanized to protect the steel from corrosion before passing the stages of packaging, storage, to be transferred to the installation site.
FAQ
1. Price Term? EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
Shipping seaport: shanghai Seaport. For FOB, CFR or CIF price, please specify which exact model you need, and tell us your order quantity so that we can calculate the local transport charges and sea freight.
2. Payment?
Typically 30% by T/T as a deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Another payment way can be negotiated.
3. Delivery?
For towers, goods can be ready for shipment about 30~60 workdays after receiving the deposit.
4. How can I get a price of needed Tower?
A: Please give the exact dimensions such as tensile strength, height, thickness, material, top and bottom diameter. We can according to your specification give you a similar price.
B: You can send us a drawing; we can according to your drawing give you one price.
5. I am a small wholesaler, do you accept the small order?
It's no problem if you are a small wholesaler; we would like to grow up with you together.
6. I am a designer; Can you help me to produce the sample which we designed?

7. Can you make Door to Door service? Because I don't know how to do customs clearance.
