It integrates advanced mechanical structure, intelligent control, and environmental protection functions to solve pain points such as uneven seam processing, low efficiency, and poor surface finish in traditional manual operations.
Core Functions: Achieves Ra 0.8μm ultra-fine surface finish through multi-stage grinding (coarse grinding → fine grinding → polishing); Adopts vertical clamping structure to avoid deformation of workpieces (suitable for thin-walled parts, fragile materials like glass, and hard metals like stainless steel); Equips adjustable grinding pressure (0.5-5bar) and variable speed grinding heads (500-3000rpm) to adapt to different material hardness (aluminum, steel, stone, composite panels, etc.).
