Mesh belt heating industrial furnace is a continuous industrial heating equipment.
The structure of this industrial furnace mainly includes the furnace body, heating elements, mesh conveyor system, temperature control system, atmosphere control system (if necessary), and other parts. The furnace body is generally composed of high-temperature resistant metal materials and insulation materials, used to form a heating space and maintain the temperature inside the furnace.
Heating elements usually include electric heating wires, silicon carbon rods, silicon molybdenum rods, etc., distributed in different areas of the furnace to provide energy for material heating. The mesh belt conveyor system is an important component of the mesh belt heating industrial furnace, consisting of a driving device, a transmission shaft, a mesh belt, etc. It is used to carry and transport the material to be heated, so that it can move continuously in the furnace according to the set speed and route, achieving the process of continuous heating.
The temperature control system can accurately control the temperature inside the furnace, allowing it to rise, hold, and cool according to a preset heating curve to meet the heating needs of different processes. The atmosphere control system (if necessary) can regulate the gas composition and pressure inside the furnace, creating specific atmosphere environments such as reducing atmosphere, oxidizing atmosphere, or inert atmosphere to meet the requirements of certain special materials or processes.
Mesh belt heating industrial furnaces have the advantages of high heating efficiency, strong production continuity, large processing capacity, high degree of automation, and stable product quality. It is widely used in various industrial fields such as heat treatment of metal parts, sintering of electronic components, sintering of powder metallurgy products, annealing of glass products, and firing of ceramic products.
