The precision through-type industrial cleaning and drying production line equipment usually operates in the following steps: 1. Loading stage The front end of the equipment is usually equipped with an automatic loading device or a manually assisted loading area. The workpieces to be cleaned and dried are placed on a specific conveying mechanism and are ready to enter the cleaning and drying process. For example, for small workpieces, a conveyor belt can be used for loading; for large workpieces, lifting equipment may be used to place them on the conveying track. 2. Cleaning stage Pre-cleaning: The workpiece first enters the pre-cleaning area. Here, most of the dust, impurities and loose dirt on the surface of the workpiece are initially removed by means of spraying, soaking or ultrasonic cleaning. For example, a high-pressure spraying system is used to spray the cleaning liquid onto the workpiece surface at a certain pressure and angle to wash away loose dirt. Main cleaning: After pre-cleaning, the workpiece enters the main cleaning area. Here, a more powerful cleaning method may be adopted, such as a combination of ultrasonic cleaning and spraying cleaning. Ultrasonic waves generate tiny bubbles in the cleaning liquid. When these bubbles burst, they release powerful energy, which can penetrate deep into the fine pores and complex structures of the workpiece and effectively remove stubborn oil stains, rust and other dirt. At the same time, the spraying system continuously rinses the workpiece to ensure a more thorough cleaning effect. Rinsing: After the main cleaning is completed, the workpiece enters the rinsing area. Here, clean water or a specific rinsing liquid is used to rinse the workpiece to remove residual cleaning liquid and dirt to ensure the cleanliness of the workpiece surface. For example, multi-stage rinsing is adopted to gradually improve the cleanliness of the rinsing water to ensure that there are no residual impurities on the workpiece surface when it leaves the cleaning area.
3. Drying stage Preliminary drying: The cleaned workpiece enters the first stage of the drying area. Usually, hot air is used to initially dry most of the moisture on the workpiece surface. The hot air blower blows the heated air towards the workpiece to accelerate the evaporation of moisture. For example, set an appropriate wind speed and temperature to ensure that the surface moisture is quickly removed without damaging the workpiece. Deep drying: After preliminary drying, the workpiece enters the deep drying area. Here, higher temperature hot air, infrared heating or other advanced drying technologies may be used to deeply dry the workpiece to ensure that the moisture inside the workpiece can also be completely removed. For example, infrared heating can quickly penetrate the workpiece surface and make the internal moisture heat up and evaporate, thereby achieving deep drying. Cooling: After deep drying is completed, the workpiece may need to be cooled to prevent damage due to excessive temperature during subsequent processing. The temperature can be reduced by natural cooling or forced air cooling to make it reach an appropriate working temperature or storage temperature. 4. Unloading stage The dried and cooled workpiece is conveyed to the unloading area through the conveying mechanism. An automatic unloading device can be used to neatly collect the workpieces, or manual handling and storage can be performed. For example, in the case of mass production, an automated robotic arm can be used to remove the workpiece from the conveyor belt and place it in a specific container or shelf.
