All plastic single material pump is a fashionable and environmentally friendly choice, with all components produced using recyclable PP plastic. In addition, by using only plastic, this formula will not produce unnecessary reactions due to metal contact.
Feature:
UKPack´s new rotary replaceable airless bottle was developed under the new leadership protocols of UKPACK, which has passed all basic functional tests and allows for large production quantities. This airless pack series has a design diameter of 35mm and has two capacities to choose from 30ml and 50ml. Based on green environmental protection and sustainable packaging, all materials in this airless pack series are produced using recyclable PP and PCR materials (10% to 100%) that can be added according to customer needs and compatibility testing.
The liquid output of the pump is 0.23ml/t, and the initial pump output of liquid due to internal control is less than eight times. The unique design of the liquid outlet makes this product more suitable for foundation products, such as liquid foundation, makeup cream, BB cream, etc. UKPack has adopted the latest simplified design for the structure of the bottle body, reducing the use of virgin components to achieve the goal of plastic reduction.
Rotating and opening the pump head in the middle is remarkably ergonomic and provides the best consumer experience. For the replacement of the part, UKPACK offers two options based on customer's requirements and allotment:

You can choose to seal the rotating cap and bottle by opening the rotating cap when using it and then use it with the pump.
