Product Description
This is specifically designed to recycle and clean the soft cotton from spinning mills, the line can be used to clean sweeping, comber noil, linter, cotton dropping, card fly etc. removed the dust and metal parts which inside the material. Cotton bales have fed in bale plucker and detected by the metal and spark detector, then transport to the three sections cleaning machine and one section carding machine to remove the dust and micro dust, then to auto baling machine to be pressed. Whole line capacity 600kg/hr. This line can also equip auto dust baling machine for dust filter and collect dust from cleaning machine as request.
Production line
Cotton waste cleaning machine production line includes heavy impurity, micro impurity treatment and fiber carding, fiber packaging, metal spark detection and other parts. Our cotton waste cleaning line has been used by many large textile mills and is a mature and high-quality production line.
Product advantages

2, different rollers and mesh can process different materials.
3. Improved on the basis of the old type cotton seed machine, there are more pins on the roller to loosen the material and remove the dust through centrifugal force. Sand, stone, metal parts and dust and particles can be removed by the operation of the cylinder.
