Inspection documents: including quality inspection plan, quality standard of casting raw materials, process specification, product drawing, physical and chemical inspection process.
Incoming inspection: including incoming inspection of various raw materials for casting copper sleeve, incoming inspection of sub supplier castings and incoming inspection of mold tooling.
Process inspection: including self inspection of production workers, including first inspection, intermediate inspection and final inspection. Full time inspection, including inspection of mold, core sand and metal liquid, quality inspection of sand core and temperature inspection of metal liquid.
Inspection of copper sleeve finished products: the workshop will place the finished products at the specified place, and the inspector will conduct inspection according to the technical regulations. The qualified products shall be marked, the waste products and repaired products shall be marked and stored separately.
Product quality analysis and report: including scrap analysis, copper sleeve material quality analysis, size geometry analysis and analysis report.
Inspection record: the final inspection record shall be made for all kinds of original documents, classification, filling and transfer procedures of records, relevant pipeline requirements, etc. of quality inspection.
