Description
Welding pin is a kind of high-strength rigid connection fasteners. Welding pins are cylindrical heads for arc stud welding, which is short for Cheese head studs for arc stud welding. The specifications of welding pins are nominal diameter Ф10～Ф25mm. The length is 40～300 mm. Welding pins have the manufacturer's identification mark made by embossing on the top surface of the head, and the welding pins have a wide range of uses.
After the passivation of the zinc coating, the passivation film or white passivation film of different colors is usually obtained depending on the passivation solution used. The corrosion resistance of the rainbow-colored passivation film is more than five times higher than that of the colorless passivation film.
This is because the rainbow-colored passivation film is thicker than the white passivation film; on the other hand, when the surface of the rainbow-colored passivation film is scratched, in humid air, the hexavalent chromium in the passivation film near the scratched part will be rubbed. "Re-passivation" is performed on the injured part to repair the damage and restore the complete passivation film. Only the color of the galvanized steel is a bit dark. Like galvanized steel, the trivalent zinc is too general (there should be trivalent color zinc, trivalent The price of white zinc), color zinc is purple, yellow, blue, white zinc is only whiter than ordinary galvanized.
