This poses a problem: in the case of the constant speed of the shearing machine, the coil of the heavy material rack will become smaller and smaller, and the rotational speed of the material rack discharge must be correspondingly increased.
In the automatic shearing production line, the heavy material frame can not be precisely matched with the speed of the shearing machine. Ruihui Machinery controls the heavy material frame from the traditional sensor frame control to three sets of photoelectric mode.
It can realize the automatic matching of the speed of the heavy material frame and the shearing machine in the automatic shearing production line, which can significantly improve the production efficiency and reduce the scrap rate. Compared with the manual observation and adjustment mode, the adjustment precision is higher and the reliability is better.
The working principle and working process of the automatic shearing production line of Ruihui light-controlled heavy-duty material frame are: three sets of photoelectric switches installed on the inner wall of the pit to be treated during the operation of the heavy-duty material frame and shearing machine in the automatic shearing production line The height of the material in the pit is detected in real time.
At the same time, the D/A conversion circuit converts the digital signal of the shear motor speed fed back by the shear motor controller into an analog signal and outputs it to the adder through three sets of photoelectric switch sensors, when the height of the material in the pit is lower than the photoelectric switch sensor When the photoelectric switch sensor is in the on state.
When the height of the material in the pit is higher than the photoelectric switch, the photoelectric switch is disconnected, so that the adder can automatically calculate a suitable given signal feedback to the material frame motor according to the signal output from the D/A converter circuit through the photoelectric switch. The controller, the material frame motor controller follows the shears by adjusting the speed of the material frame motor.
In this way, the automatic matching of the speed of the heavy material frame and the shearing machine in the automatic cutting production line is realized, and the automatic speed control is realized, which significantly improves the production efficiency.
