Continuous processing and production requires the use of a punch feeder production line, which consists of several major functions: unwinding, leveling, feeding, and stamping. Each functional part corresponds to a dedicated type of equipment.

1. Unwinding part: It is completed by a special material frame, which is responsible for feeding the roll that is rolled into a roll from the outer circumference and then feeding it to the subsequent leveling machine.

The type of material frame can be selected according to the material, width, thickness, weight and other specifications of the stamping material of the actual punch feeder production line. The commonly used material rack equipment has heavy material frame, hydraulic heavy material frame, light material frame, double head. There are five types of material racks and flat electronic feeders, which can also be customized according to special needs.

2. Leveling part: It is completed by a special leveling machine, which uses the offset flattening roller to repeatedly apply pressure to the sheet material sent out from the material rack, thereby eliminating the bending internal stress inside the coil. Flatten the material to ensure the quality of the stamped product.

3. Feeding part: It is completed by a special feeder, and the feeding material of the punching machine is realized by the servo motor transmission feeding roller.

The type of feeder can be selected according to the width, thickness, feeding step and precision requirements of the stamping material of the actual punch feeder production line.

4. Stamping processing part: It is completed by a special punching machine. By punching the continuous die, the plate fed by the feeder passes the powerful force impact to realize the deformation processing of the material.

According to the characteristics of stamping process and efficiency requirements, the type of punching machine can be selected.
