PCB Depaneler Description
This is a new range of Router Machine. It is a stand alone router machine specially designed to route (depanelize) printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) into individual assemblies. The system boasts being the worlds fastest router with a cycle rate of 1.5 seconds per tab.
It can accommodate larger PCBs in its two table configuration with maximum panel size of 450mm x 350mm.
A new Graphical User Interface (GUI) software provides user friendly "visual" programming for rapid and accurate online programming.
Gerber files could be imported into the software for easier programs.
PCB Router Depaneling Machine CW-F01 Feature:
Broken tool detection and automatic tool change function ensure the continuous working time of the machine and reduce the difficulty of operation.
The marble work surface will never be deformed, which ensures the levelness of the equipment and makes the equipment run more stably.
