Dual guarantee of leak prevention and water absorption: By optimizing the laying accuracy of the water-absorbing core layer (uniform distribution of pile slurry and high molecular weight), it ensures that the care pad has a fast water absorption speed, strong water retention capacity, and no liquid seepage or side leakage. The edge adopts a double-layer lamination process to prevent core layer breakage, and the finished product qualification rate remains stable at over 98%. It is suitable for both infant care, adult incontinence care, and medical scenarios.
Strong material adaptability: Supports the production of care pads with different functions - it can be adapted to soft non-woven fabric surface layers (meeting the needs of infants and people with sensitive skin), non-stick PE bottom films (suitable for medical anti-slip scenarios), and breathable materials (suitable for people who are bedridden for a long time), and can precisely control the softness of the surface layer and the anti-slip performance of the bottom film, meeting the core demands of different scenarios.
