Product Description
This baby diaper line focuses on quality and safety. Raw materials are pretreated in a sterile environment through ultraviolet disinfection and multi-layer filtration to remove all possible sources of contamination. The molding mold is made of food-grade silicone material to ensure the safety of skin contact with the baby. When composite, high temperature and high pressure fusion technology is used to make the combination of each layer of materials more firm, while enhancing the leakage resistance of the product.
The cutting process adopts laser cutting technology, the cutting edge is smooth and flat, without any burrs, to avoid causing damage to the baby's skin. The packaging process adopts vacuum packaging and nitrogen filling to extend the product shelf life, and the packaging materials have passed strict environmental protection testing. The whole-process quality control system records and analyzes the data of each production link in detail, so as to trace and continuously improve, and provide the most assured diaper products for the baby.
