Our adult diaper line is intelligent and ingenious. Using intelligent image recognition technology to screen raw materials, the fluff pulp fiber is slender and uniform, and the highly absorbent resin is of high quality. The innovative 4D dynamic molding process closely fits the body contour of the human body in multiple positions such as sitting, lying, and walking, effectively preventing leakage and not hindering movement.
Ultrasonic seamless bonding technology is used in the composite process to make the material bond tight and breathable. Laser cutting and AI visual inspection are used to ensure that each piece is accurate and flawless. Automated packaging process can be customized according to customer needs. The whole quality inspection uses a variety of sensors and intelligent algorithms to strictly control product quality.
The automated control system is based on big data deep learning, continuously optimizing the production process, and providing the ultimate comfort experience for adult users.
