When composite, the new nano composite technology is used to make the binding force between the materials stronger and better gas permeability. The cutting process uses laser microengraving cutting, the accuracy is up to micron level, and the edge of the product is refined. The packaging process adopts robot visual recognition and flexible packaging technology, which can automatically adjust the packaging method according to the product specifications, which is efficient and beautiful. The quality inspection system integrates quantum dot spectral analysis and microbial rapid detection technology, which can instantly catch the subtle defects and health hazards of the product. The automated control system is based on blockchain technology to achieve safe storage and sharing of production data, easy traceability and management, and create intelligent and high-quality sanitary napkin production solutions for you.
