1. Different uses

Therefore, high frequency ultrasonic spot welding machine (40KHz / 35kHz) is used for welding precision plastic parts with small size; 28kHz welding machine is mostly used for hand-held spot welding machine; 20kHz / 15KHz frequency spot welding machine is mainly used for welding large and complex plastic parts, while the ear of mask is used The belt is suitable for welding with less frequency machine, so the effect is better.
2. The structure is different
Different frequency, the structure of ultrasonic spot welding machine has great difference, 40KHz, 35kHz, 28kHz high frequency ultrasonic spot welding machine adopts split type sound generation structure, transducer + horn is a separate component, while 20kHz, 15KHz ultrasonic spot welding machine sound structure is integrated, transducer + horn is an integral part.
