Single Tank Stainless Steel Ultrasonic Cleaner 2400W Transducer 40KHZ 110V/220V
Advantages of single tank ultrasonic cleaner:
1. The single tank ultrasonic cleaning machine is suitable for simple structure and tube handicraft cleaning;
2. Single tank ultrasonic cleaner can be hot-dip galvanized and stainless steel shell, with PU spray pipe inside, closed through channel. The upper cover of the cleaning equipment is made of single-sided structure and 1.2mm-thick stainless steel plate, with thermal insulation layer outside to reduce energy consumption.
3. The liquid tank of single tank ultrasonic cleaning machine is made of single-sided structure and SUS304 stainless steel plate with thickness of 1.2mm; the internal baffle plate is divided into several areas to filter the cleaning liquid, settle the iron pin, oil-water separator and screen the oil; under the liquid tank, there are water replenishing and moisturizing mouth, drainage mouth and overflow mouth. The bottom end is skewed from both sides to the middle, and the cleaning liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet at the bottom of the liquid tank.
4. The liquid tank of single tank ultrasonic cleaning machine is equipped with a liquid level controller. In case of abnormal liquid level, prompt to replenish water to keep wet and stop water immediately. Keep emergency shutdown for abnormal phenomena.
5. The antirust treatment box of single tank ultrasonic cleaner is equipped with stainless steel electric heating device, which can raise the liquid temperature from indoor to application temperature within 30-60 minutes. The temperature automatic control system is in the range of 10-90 ℃, which is set manually and controlled automatically. Under the temperature control instrument automatic display information. Heat preservation materials shall be pasted outside the liquid tank to avoid heat dissipation.
