Description

The DPF720 separator is a high-speed, high-precision, sealed, and efficient separation equipment mainly used for solid-liquid two-phase separation and concentration in industries such as fermentation broth, chemical industry, and medicine. All components in contact with materials are made of advanced stainless steel materials (or specific acid resistant materials), which can effectively reduce the corrosion between the separated materials and the surface of the parts in contact, and meet food hygiene requirements. The separated light phase material is output by a centripetal pump, with a maximum output pressure of 0.30MPa. This machine adopts an upper feeding form and has low requirements for the inlet pressure of the material.

The power transmission adopts belt transmission, and the inverter controls the motor to start slowly to drive the vertical shaft to reach the rated speed, so that the starting process and operation are stable.

Application

It's mainly used in pre-concerntration starch, separation of starch and gluten, concerntration of gluten(protein), clarify of process water in the after step and so on.
