Main Introduction
Vertical Cutting Dryer is one of the popular products for OBM and WBM. As the developing for the evironment regulations, the drilling waste management has become more and more import. As an international famous brand for solids control, TR Solids Control hasbeen developping products suiting for drilling waste management.
TRCD series Vertical Cutting Dryer is fixed with individual oil lubrication system with automatic alarm for pressure limit. The main motor and oil pumpmotor is interlocked with each other for avoiding the start of the main motor prior to the start of the oil pump motor.
With handling capacity of 40-60 T/h, the oil on cuttings (OOC) of drilling cuttings can be reduced to lower than 5% (w/w) after treatment, meeting the international emissions standards and environmental protection requirements. The vertical centrifuge can also be applicable for drilling waste management in onshore and offshore drilling.
