The Electronic Ignition and Combustion Device, designed and manufactured by TR Solids Control, is a kind of treatment facility for tail gas and vented natural gas in refinery plants and natural gas gathering & transportation stations. As safe and environmentally friendly equipment, it can ignite and burn vented harmful flammable gases to eliminate their hazards to environment and safety.
Burning the harmful or poisonous gas by igniter will eliminate threaten to environment and safety. Every flare ignition device will be operated together with mud gas separator. They will be connected with the vent line or gas discharge line. They are widely used in oil and gas drilling at present. For each flare ignition device, we’ll configure the burner, the control panel, the joint connection, a small tank etc.
