Product Description

Rig Application:
1. The rig is suitable for survey and prospecting, geophysical exploration, roads and buildings and other exploration and play blasthole drilling bits projects.
2 Drilling bits can be chosen according to different strata .
Structural composition of water well drilling rig:
1. Hydraulic oil pump: it is a duplex type. The large displacement pump provides power for the power head, and the small displacement pump provides power for the four outrigger oil cylinders, the lifting mast oil cylinder, and the afterburner/lifting pulley oil cylinder.
2. Four outriggers: small drilling equipment consists of hydraulic cylinder and fixed frame. The levelness of the machine body can be adjusted at the work site to support and stabilize the machine body.
3. Mast: It is a frame structure composed of giant steel pipes, channel steel and angle steel. The inner groove of channel steel on both sides is used as the track for the power head to move up and down to ensure the perpendicularity of the drilling. The lifting and lowering of the drilling mast is completed by the hydraulic cylinder.
4.Power head: gear reducer mechanism is adopted, and there is a mandrel with a large hole in the middle of the low-speed shaft. The upper port of the mandrel can be connected with the rubber hose interface of the concrete pouring equipment for concrete pouring; The lower opening of the mandrel is connected with the drill pipe and drill bit through the flange. The high-speed shaft is driven by a high torque hydraulic motor.
