SCREW PUMP
Functions and Features:
Screw Pump is an ideal pump used to feed drilling fluids to decanter centrifuge. Since mud is evenly pushed to proceed along
the axial direction, the inner flow speed is kept low, volume unchanged and pressure stable so that vortex and agitation are
prevented. Screw Pump can also be used for wet mud drilling waste management and cuttings transportation.
(1) The screw pump shaft is made of stainless steel and even the whole pump can be made of it.
(2) The stator is made of elastomeric material, so it gives the pump a more competitive advantage than other pumps to
transfer fluids of high viscosity and fluids with hard suspended particles.
(3) The advantages of screw pump are compact structure, small size and easy maintenance. Rotor and stator as wearing parts
of this pump are simple to be replaced.
