Reijay's SAE Flywheel Coupling Hydraulic Pump Coupling adopts an involute roller tooth structure, which can provide angular deflection to prevent angular force on the pump shaft support and seal, which is conducive to compensating radial angular assembly errors and avoiding additional loads. The nylon gear sleeve of SAE Flywheel Coupling Hydraulic Pump Coupling is made of cushioning material, which can effectively reduce the vibration during transmission. The maximum axial clearance of SAE flywheel coupling is ± 2mm, which can absorb shaft movement, prevent axial force from approaching the seal of bearing and pump element, and realize free shaft rotation.
Features of SAE Flywheel Coupling Hydraulic Pump Coupling: the crown gear structure is specially designed for angular deviation to avoid angular force on the pump shaft and seals, and is also conducive to compensating radial angle assembly error and further avoiding additional load. The coupling sleeve is made of damping material, which can reduce the vibration during transmission. It can absorb shaft movement and avoid axial force. Strengthen the matching of coupling sleeve and metal hub without maintenance and lubrication. Easy to assemble. It has high mechanical strength, high heat resistance and high insulation capacity. The complete coupling assembly is usually fixed to the housing and only one pump connecting plate is required. Reduced space saves mounting brackets.
