Product Introduction

Main Characteristics
Hammer crusher (hammer mill) is suitable for mid-hard and light erosive materials, whose pressure resistance strength is no more than 100Mpa and humidity lower than 15%, such as coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, blocks, limestone, etc. The PC-Hammer crusher is suitable for both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining,coal, metallurgic, construction material, road building, and chemical industries. the maximum, compressive resistance of the crushed materials can be up 150Mpa.
Operating Principle
Hammer crusher is the main working parts with a hammer (also known as hammer) of the rotor. Rotor from the spindle, disk, pin and hammer components. Motor drives the rotor speed in crusher cavity rotation. Material from the upper feed inlet into the machine, by the high-speed movement of the hammer blow, impact, shear, abrasive and grinding. In the lower part of the rotor, with sieve, crushing in less than sieve size fractions excreted through the sieve, sieve size larger than the coarse-grained material in the sieve retention continue to be a hammer blow and cut, and finally through sieve from the plane.
