Digital Print-on-Demand Perfect Binder
The Digital Robot 2000A is our latest innovation in "off-line" bookbinding solutions, specifically designed for print-on-demand printing. It offers fully automatic adjustments via a user-friendly touchscreen and a quick changeover time for various binding formats. The exchangeable EVA gluing tank and optional PUR gluing tank make the Digital Robot 2000A an ideal choice for short-run and print-on-demand digital printing.
Additionally, the Digital Robot 2000A can be integrated inline with a digital three-knife trimmer and digital stacker, creating a fully automated perfect binding line. This system allows for efficient, cost-effective production of even the shortest runs, ensuring high-quality results with minimal downtime.
