PVC sport flooring description:

PVC Sports Plastic Floor is the best flooring materials that is widely accepted in international badminton court, basketball court, table tennis court, volleyball court, tennis court, handball court etc competition field, It can also be used for all kinds of gym, dance room, school, activity room, multipurpose room, amusement park, kindergarten, office, etc places .

Comparing to hard flooring, PVC flooring has better safety, shock absorption and better rebound resilience. It is made of 100% pure PVC raw material. Full Glue Installation:

1.Lay out and put all flooring together to the suitable position.then unroll a half of one roll,and scraping a certain glue on the ground,when the glue are almost near to dry when we touch it by hand (about 10-20 minutes),then Glue the flooring on the ground.

2.Using a wood board to press and pushing the flooring surface to make sure there is no bubble or air between the ground and floor.finally,press and roll the flooring surface by professional metal roller.

3.Grooving: should be test grooving and welding on one small pc of flooring firstly. make sure the groove depth is about 1/2 thickness of flooring, grooving the same width on both edges of two rolls

4.Welding:Make sure the temperature is set to 8.5-9.5 marking,almost reach 850-900 degree centigrade.Then pull the welding gun to welding the rod with flooring together.

5.Using the moon blade knife cut the ledge of welding rod to make sure the flooring surface smooth.

Maintenance Rates:

Daily Cleaning: 1 per day

The floor must be cleaned daily either by mop or by vacuum, cleaner.

Hand cleaning is suggest for a small area, and for a medium-sized area machine cleaning is preferable. No cleaning devices are permitted if they damage the floor. One may clean the floor with neutral detergent with high wetting power or only water, and afterwards wash the floor with the clean water and dry it with water suction machine. Or mop the floor dry. In this way the filth maybe avoided to accumulate on the floor. One may use the same way to cleanse the floor of footsteps and stains.

Weekly cleaning: 1 per 1-2 weeks

Sweeping with mop firstly,and pour neutral detergent or alkaline detergent if soiled.

Mechanical washing to complete spreading and cleaning of the entire floor surface.

Deep cleaning: 1 per 1-2 months

Sweeping with mop firstly,and pour special detergent or alkaline detergent with high wetting power on the flooring,especially the shoe scuffing or resin, then wait 8-10 minutes,hand by brush,mop or mechanical washing.afterwards wash the floor with clean water and dry the floor by mop.
