    UEWH is a magnet wire product that uses modified polyester as the insulating material and is coated with polyimide on the outer layer. It has the following features:
1. Excellent heat resistance:
    UEWH has a heat-resistant temperature of up to 108°C, which is more suitable for motors, transformers and other applications in high-temperature environments. Due to the use of modified polyester material and polyimide outer layer with higher temperature resistance, UEWH can work stably in harsher temperature environments and is suitable for higher temperature application scenarios.

 

2. Excellent Mechanical Strength:
    The polyimide material on the outer layer of UEWH has extremely high mechanical strength and wear resistance, which is better able to resist various mechanical stresses and wear during the manufacturing of motor stator windings. This property gives it an advantage in environments that are subject to frequent mechanical stress or vibration, such as in industrial applications such as high-power motors and large transformers. It is also suitable for various machines, small motors, bias coils and other products with high winding requirements.

 

3. Good Insulation Properties:
    UEWH's modified polyester insulation can be up to 0.1-0.3mm thick and provides reliable insulation protection at higher voltages. The outer layer of polyimide material further enhances the insulating properties, allowing it to maintain reliable insulation even in harsh electrical environments.

 

4. Excellent Chemical Resistance:
    The UEWH polyimide outer layer is highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents, making it suitable for industrial applications in harsh environments.
This allows it to maintain stable performance in a variety of chemical environments, such as in chemical, petroleum, and other industries.

 

    Overall, copper wire is fully annealed for the best performance, and UEWH is a high-end enamelled wire product with excellent performance, in terms of heat resistance, mechanical strength, insulation, and chemical resistance.
