Description:

A three box-type hot and cold impact chamber is a testing equipment used to evaluate the performance of materials and products under extreme temperature conditions. It consists of three chambers - a hot chamber, a cold chamber, and a testing chamber. The hot chamber is designed to generate and maintain high temperatures, typically ranging from +150°C to +350°C. The cold chamber, on the other hand, is designed to generate and maintain low temperatures, typically ranging from -40°C to -100°C. The testing chamber is located in between the hot and cold chambers and is used to hold the specimen being tested. The specimen is first placed in the hot chamber for a specified duration and then quickly transferred to the cold chamber for a specified duration. This rapid temperature change is known as an impact, and it is repeated multiple times to simulate real-world conditions where materials and products may experience sudden and drastic temperature changes. The three box-type hot and cold impact chamber is commonly used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, and materials science to evaluate the durability and reliability of products and materials under extreme temperature conditions

 

Usage:

1. Electronics: The chambers are used to test the reliability and durability of electronic components and devices under extreme temperature conditions. This includes testing the performance of semiconductors, PCBs, and other electronic components in high and low-temperature environments.

2. Automotive: The chambers are used to test the durability and performance of automotive parts and systems under extreme temperature conditions. This includes testing engine components, brakes, and other critical parts in high and low-temperature environments.

3. Aerospace: The chambers are used to simulate the extreme temperature conditions that aircraft and spacecraft may encounter during operation. This includes testing the performance of materials and components used in engines, wings, and other critical parts of the aircraft.

4. Telecommunications: The chambers are used to test the reliability and durability of telecommunications equipment and devices under extreme temperature conditions. This includes testing the performance of routers, switches, and other networking equipment in high and low-temperature environments.

 

Thermal Shock Testing chamber features:

1.It is divided into three zones: high temperature zone, low temperature zone, and testing zone. The test sample is in static
mode.
2.Using touch-control graph control as operation interface, easy to operate.
3.Applying wind route conversation to the shock method to distribute temperature to the testing zone for cold and thermal shock measurement.
4.For high temperature shock or low temperature shock, max. time is up to 999H, and max. circulation cycles are 9999 times.
5.The system can be used for automatic Circulation Shock or manual selective shock.
6.Adopt binary cooling system, with quick cooling effect. Cooling method is water cooling.
7.Can entering normal temperature. RS-232 and RS-485 communication.
