ASTM A53 ERW pipe applications are many and they include their being used in high pressure application fields such as Oil & Gas Transportation, Hydrocarbon Industries & Refineries, Oil & Gas Exploration & Drilling. A53 seamless pipe are also used in various applications such as automobiles, air and hydraulic cylinders, boilers, bearings, etc.ASTM A53 Gr.B are basically pipe that are Electric Resistance Welded. ERW ASTM A53 Gr b ERW pipe are longitudinally welded and they can be manufactured up to 24” OD. ASTM A53 Gr B schedule 80 Pipe can be manufactured from Coil/ Strip. Basically, A53 Gr B ERW pipe applications, are intended for use with pressure applications and mechanical applications, but they can also be used for other ordinary applications such as the delivery of air, water, gas and steam.
