What is the warranty claim process?
Please allow me to take it for example that if there's a defective ballast.
Step 1. Cut off wires of the defective ballast;
Step 2. Take a picture on which we can see the serial number;
Step 3. Send the picture to us;
Step 4. We will check whether the ballast is from us;
Step 5. If it is from us, we'll send you a brand new ballast as replacement with your next order.

Every defective product or quality problem within warranty (except for human-made intentionally damage) can be replaced with brand new one.
Q: How about the lighting pattern?
A: The lighting pattern is almost the same as OEM lighting pattern.
Q: Are the headlights standard size?
A: All of our led headlights have the same base to the OEM headlights and can replace the halogen headlights directly.
Q: How about the warranty?
A: Our led headlight has 2 years warranty. If there are problem with the headlight (not caused by hu man or natural disater), we will send new ones in your next order after getting pictures and videos or your wrong products.
